This case study is an examination on the current Scoot landing page. Scoot is a low-cost airline based in Singapore that offers budget-friendly flights to various destinations in Asia and Oceania.

The purpose of this case study is to observe an existing product and how the design changes made will enhance the user experience and align with the design goals.

It is first carried out by a general observation of the current features, followed by an empathy map, user persona and user journey map. The final results are a redesigned landing page as a high-fidelity mock-up. With the redesign screen, a Style Guide for the webpage was also created.
